“The piece DIS-Connect pursues the spatial idea. In three parts, which always follow immediately as attacca, the musical material and its motif lines interlock with each other and is translated into the instruments. The individual voices approach and divide spatially, a game of proximity (Connect) and distance (Dis-Connect).”
